At The Accidental Baker, we bring you an authentic experience in every crunchy savory bite, with six delicious flavors available at more than 250 retail and restaurant locations along the East Coast. A Note From the Founders

This coming spring we’ll celebrate 20 years of creating The Accidental Baker's small-batch, handmade and packaged artisan flatbread crackers at our family bakery in Hillsborough, NC! We take great pride in craftsmanship, using premium plant-based ingredients including locally milled flour. Our crackers are GMO free and made without additives or preservatives, providing the same wholesome food to our customers that we strive to give our family.
